Legal Aid

Police StationA good portion of Ted’s work includes acting for clients referred to him by Legal Aid.

Legal Aid is a two-step process. The first is to see if the client qualifies under a means (financial) test regarding income and assets.

The second is for Legal Aid to decide whether the case will be handled “in house” by one of Legal Aid’s salaried employees. Otherwise the case may be “assigned” to a private lawyer such as Ted  Bramble.

Ted is always pleased to advise clients on their prospects for a successful Legal Aid application.
